Manager - Sales
Responsibilities:
As the sales leader the expectations would be to launch new sales strategies, execute tougher decisions and bring about ability in the team to think long term.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have atleast 5 years of experience with B2B/B2C sales experience.
- Must have more hunting than farming experience
- Should have strong communication and collaborative skills.

- Graduate of any four-year course preferably in Business, Marketing or Allied Medical Science
- At least 4-5 years solid experience in brand management including customer facing / sales experience
- Good working knowledge in computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Responsibilities:
- Individuals in this role will be responsible for contacting and pitching to potential new experts, using effective sales and recruiting techniques in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Ideal candidates have a high degree of confidence and are highly motivated to exceed personal weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas
- Partner with and fulfil time-sensitive recruiting project requests for VerzX Managers serving financial services clients-Exhibit strong business communication and recruiting skills-Learn to leverage VerzX’s platform and network to identify and recruit world-class experts from across hundreds of sectors & industries
Minimum Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of relevant industry experience in recruitment, internet/market research, business development, outreach
- Polished and persuasive verbal and written communication
- High motivation to exceed personal weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial targets
- Confidence in making outbound cold calls when needed and various other outreach methods
