Manager - Sales

Responsibilities:

As the sales leader the expectations would be to launch new sales strategies, execute tougher decisions and bring about ability in the team to think long term.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have atleast 5 years of experience with B2B/B2C sales experience.
  • Must have more hunting than farming experience
  • Should have strong communication and collaborative skills.

 

Experience level: Mid-Senior 

Manager - Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns, run market research programs & identify market insights for responsible brand and monitor /anticipate market development
  • Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s)

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably in Business, Marketing or Allied Medical Science
  • At least 4-5 years solid experience in brand management including customer facing / sales experience
  • Good working knowledge in computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Recruiting Associate - Client Solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Individuals in this role will be responsible for contacting and pitching to potential new experts, using effective sales and recruiting techniques in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Ideal candidates have a high degree of confidence and are highly motivated to exceed personal weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Partner with and fulfil time-sensitive recruiting project requests for VerzX Managers serving financial services clients-Exhibit strong business communication and recruiting skills-Learn to leverage VerzX’s platform and network to identify and recruit world-class experts from across hundreds of sectors & industries

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 0 to 2 years of relevant industry experience in recruitment, internet/market research, business development, outreach
  • Polished and persuasive verbal and written communication
  • High motivation to exceed personal weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial targets
  • Confidence in making outbound cold calls when needed and various other outreach methods

 

Experience level: Junior
